Where it all started

Back in the fall of 2007 my husbands sister was very ill with cancer. His father came down from Washington to pay a visit. This is where our adventure started. We thought it was a joke when he offered us his place is Central,Alaska. We had always wanted to go but this was a chance to own something there and I think we all accepted the offer without a second thought.
